Issued 9:30 PM PDT 21 April 2024 Tonight and Monday At 9:30 p.m. PDT tonight building ridge located from Explorer to
Haida Gwaii.
By 4:00 a.m. PDT Monday ridge located from Explorer to the Central
Coast.

At 5:00 p.m. PDT Monday approaching frontal system located over
the offshore waters.

At 3:00 a.m. PDT Tuesday frontal system located west of Haida Gwaii.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:16 PM PDT 21 April 2024 A ridge of high pressure over the British Columbia waters will bring
light to moderate winds tonight except strong westerly inflow through
Juan de Fuca Strait. A frontal system will enter the offshore waters
on Monday evening giving southeast gales to the areas west of Haida
Gwaii and briefly reaching Dixon and Hecate by Tuesday morning.
