Issued 10:30 AM PDT 16 June 2026 Today Tonight and Wednesday At 10:30 a.m. PDT today building high located southwest of the
offshore waters.
By 4:00 p.m. PDT today quasi-stationary high 1032 mb located west
of the offshore waters.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 10:31 AM PDT 16 June 2026 A strong marine push is generating strong to gale force westerlies
through Juan de Fuca Strait. These gale force winds will continue
through to Wednesday morning.

Strong to gale force northwesterlies through Johnstone Strait will
ease tonight, then re-intensify near midday Wednesday.

A building ridge of high pressure offshore will generate northwest
gale force winds south of the Brooks Peninsula beginning this
afternoon and lasting through the remainder of this week.
