offshore waters.
By 4:00 a.m. PDT Friday ridge located over the Central Coast
to Explorer.

By 10:30 a.m. PDT Friday approaching frontal system located
southwest of Explorer.

Issued 9:25 PM PDT 16 April 2026 A frontal system will approach the offshore waters late Friday,
bringing southerly gales to offshore waters in the evening.
