By 10:00 p.m. PST tonight dissipating ridge located on a line
northeast-southwest over southern Vancouver Island.

At 4:00 p.m. PST today departing trough located over the western
North Coast.

At 4:00 a.m. PST Friday frontal system located west of Bowie.
By 4:00 p.m. PST Friday frontal system located near the Alaska
panhandle.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:59 PM PST 5 March 2026 A frontal system approaches Haida Gwaii on Friday with southwesterly
gales beginning over Bowie by dawn Friday. The system pushes
northwestward on the Alaskan Panhandle and winds ease over northern
waters Friday temporarily.

Another system approaches the Central Coast on Saturday.
