At 4:00 p.m. PDT today quasi-stationary trough located over BC

At 4:00 a.m. PDT Tuesday quasi-stationary ridge located west of
the offshore waters.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:46 PM PDT 20 May 2019 A frontal system west of Explorer this afternoon will approach the
Oregon coast tonight. In the wake of the system, strong to gale force
northerly winds will develop tonight over the southern half of Bowie.

A ridge of high pressure will build offshore on Tuesday. Strong to
gale force northwesterly winds will develop west of Vancouver Island
on Tuesday afternoon.
