Issued 10:30 AM PST 12 January 2026 Today Tonight and Tuesday At 10:30 a.m. PST today quasi-stationary frontal system locatedon a line northeast-southwest over Vancouver Island.
At 10:30 a.m. PST today departing frontal system located over the
Alaska panhandle.
At 1:00 a.m. PST Tuesday warm front located on a line east-west
over Queen Charlotte Sound.
By 10:30 a.m. PST Tuesday departing warm front located on a line
east-west over the Alaska panhandle.
Marine Weather Statement
Issued 3:46 AM PST 12 January 2026 A departing front over the Lower Mainland will give strong to galeforce winds for the Southern Strait of Georgia and near the mouth of
the Juan de Fuca Strait this morning.
Another frontal system over the northern waters will weaken as it
moves inland today. Strong to gale force southwesterlies will
continue today over northern waters.
