By 4:00 a.m. PDT Sunday weakening low 998 mb located near Prince
Rupert.

Issued 10:25 AM PDT 17 August 2019 An area of low pressure off Alaska Panhandle will move south this
afternoon and lie near Prince Rupert by this evening. Strong to
marginal gale force winds will develop near the low over the
Northern waters this afternoon. Winds will ease Sunday morning as
The low weakens and move inland.
