Wind increasing to southerly 20 to 30 near noon and to northwest 30 to 40 this afternoon. Wind diminishing to west 20 to 30 overnight then becoming southwest 25 to 35 near noon Wednesday.

Bowie.
By midnight PST tonight departing low 978 mb located over northern
Hecate Strait.

At 4:00 a.m. PST Wednesday low located over the Gulf of Alaska.
By midnight PST Wednesday low located over northern Bowie.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:46 AM PST 16 December 2025 A low pressure system will track through Bowie into North Coast today
then move inland across the b.C interior overnight. Gale to storm
force southerly to westerly winds are expected across most marine
regions.

In the wake of this system, an unstable airmass will be in place
across the region. Strong to gale force westerly winds will persist
through Wednesday.
