Gulf of Alaska.

At 9:30 p.m. PST tonight frontal system located over northern
Vancouver Island.
By 4:00 a.m. PDT Sunday frontal system located over southern
Vancouver Island.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:23 PM PST 7 March 2026 A frontal system tracking across Vancouver Island will move onshore
this evening, bringing strong to gale force westerlies over the
central and northern coastal waters.

In the wake of the system, a long period of strong to marginal
westerly gales will persist through Tuesday.
