Wind light increasing to easterly 5 to 15 knots early Wednesday morning then veering to southeast 15 to 20 late Wednesday morning. Wind increasing to southeast 20 to 25 Wednesday afternoon and to southeast 25 to 35 Wednesday evening.
Periods of drizzle changing to scattered showers near noon Wednesday.

Marine Weather StatementIssued 9:25 PM PST 6 December 2022 A cold front will approach the offshore waters late this evening and
reach Haida Gwaii by Wednesday morning then sweep through southern
waters Wednesday evening.
Ahead of the front gale force southerly winds will affect the
majority of outer coastal waters, with gale to storm force winds
forecast from Haida Gwaii to the headlands of Vancouver Island on
Wednesday. Gale to storm force northwesterly winds will follow the
front later in the day on Wednesday.
For waters of the inner South Coast strong to gale force
southeasterlies will develop Wednesday afternoon and persist into the
