north-south over Hecate Strait.
Marine Weather StatementIssued 9:09 PM PDT 16 October 2019 A front stretching from the Central Coast to Explorer will move
across the inner South Coast midday Thursday. Gale force southeast
winds ahead of the front will shift to strong to gale force
westerlies in its wake.
On Thursday, an intense trough will cross into most marine waters
bringing strong to gale force southerlies. Gale to storm force
westerlies are expected in its wake.
