Marine Weather StatementIssued 3:42 PM PDT 14 May 2021 A ridge of high pressure over Haida Gwaii will slowly move eastward
today and lie over the Central Coast tonight. Ahead of the
Ridge, gale force northwesterlies will persist over west coast
Vancouver Island and Johnstone Strait. The gales will gradually ease
to strong northwesterly overnight.
