Wind southeast 10 to 20 knots veering to southerly 10 to 20 this morning except northeast 15 near the mouth of Howe Sound. Wind becoming easterly 10 to 20 near noon except south 10 to 20 south of Tsawwassen. Wind becoming southeast 20 to 30 this afternoon then becoming southerly 25 to 35 early this evening except southwest 40 south of Tsawwassen overnight. Wind diminishing to southwest 15 overnight except southwest 25 south of Tsawwassen. Wind diminishing to east 10 Wednesday afternoon then increasing to southeast 15 to 25 Wednesday evening.

Scattered showers changing to rain near noon then to showers near midnight and ending after midnight. Showers Wednesday.

Bowie.
By midnight PST tonight departing low 978 mb located over northern
Hecate Strait.

At 4:00 a.m. PST Wednesday low located over the Gulf of Alaska.
By midnight PST Wednesday low located over northern Bowie.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:46 AM PST 16 December 2025 A low pressure system will track through Bowie into North Coast today
then move inland across the b.C interior overnight. Gale to storm
force southerly to westerly winds are expected across most marine
regions.

In the wake of this system, an unstable airmass will be in place
across the region. Strong to gale force westerly winds will persist
through Wednesday.
