northeast-southwest over central Vancouver Island.

At 9:30 p.m. PST tonight frontal system located off Bowie.
By 9:30 p.m. PST Wednesday weakening cold front located on a line
northwest-southeast over Hecate Strait.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:33 PM PST 18 November 2025 An approaching frontal system will track across the offshore waters
on Wednesday and weaken over Hecate Strait in the evening.

Ahead of the front, gale to storm force southeasterlies over
Offshore and northern waters will spread to central and southern
waters Wednesday morning. Winds will shift to strong to gale
Force southerlies in the wake of the front.
