Issued 9:30 PM PDT 14 October 2019 Tonight and Tuesday At 9:30 p.m. PDT tonight frontal system located over eastern Bowie.
By 4:00 p.m. PDT Tuesday frontal system located on a line
north-south over central Vancouver Island.

At 4:00 a.m. PDT Tuesday trough located west of Bowie.
By 4:00 p.m. PDT Tuesday trough located on a line east-west over
Haida Gwaii.

At 9:30 p.m. PDT Tuesday frontal system located west of the
offshore waters.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:19 PM PDT 14 October 2019 An intense frontal system just west of Haida Gwaii this evening will
move eastward across Haida Gwaii tonight then lie over an
Area stretching from Hecate Strait to Explorer on Tuesday morning.
The front will approach the South Coast Tuesday afternoon.

Gale to storm force southeasterly winds will prevail over most
northern and central waters tonight while spreading to the outer
southern waters. These winds will reach the inner South Coast on
Tuesday.

A second system will quickly move into the offshore waters early
Tuesday morning bringing gale force southerly winds to most northern
and central waters on Tuesday.
