Issued 9:30 PM PST 16 November 2019 Tonight and Sunday At 9:30 p.m. PST tonight frontal system located on a line
northeast-southwest over Queen Charlotte Sound.
By 4:00 a.m. PST Sunday frontal system located on a line
northeast-southwest over Vancouver Island.

At 1:00 a.m. PST Sunday trough located over Bowie.
By 8:00 a.m. PST Sunday departing trough located near Prince Rupert.

At 4:00 p.m. PST Sunday building ridge located over Explorer.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:16 PM PST 16 November 2019 A Pacific front will cross central and southern waters tonight then
dissipate near the Lower Mainland Sunday morning. A trough of low
pressure will pass the offshore waters tonight then the northern and
central coastal waters on Sunday.

Gale force southerly or southwesterly winds will persist over most
areas tonight and Sunday morning. Winds will ease Sunday afternoon
as a ridge of high pressure builds behind the systems.
