By 4:00 a.m. PDT Tuesday high 1006 mb located over central Explorer.
Marine Weather Statement
Issued 3:50 PM PDT 27 June 2022 A low pressure system over Southern Explorer will slowly tracktowards Central Explorer tonight. Consequently, moderate to strong
southeast winds off west coast Vancouver Island will increase to
strong to gale force this evening. Winds will diminish on Tuesday as
the low weakens.
Westerly strong to gale force winds will also impact central and
eastern sections of the Juan de Fuca Strait this evening. Winds will
diminish near or just after midnight.
