Issued 3:46 PM PDT 16 May 2024 A ridge of high pressure will continue to build over the offshorewaters tonight. Strong to gale force westerlies off Haida Gwaii and
West Vancouver Island will spread to Georgia Strait this evening and
ease Friday morning.
Additionally, gale force west winds through Juan de Fuca Strait will
ease to moderate to strong Friday morning.
