north-south over Queen Charlotte Sound.
At 9:30 p.m. PDT tonight low located southwest of Bowie.
By 4:00 p.m. PDT Saturday low located west of Bowie.
Marine Weather StatementIssued 9:08 PM PDT 30 July 2021 A ridge of high pressure west of Vancouver Island and strong daytime
heating over the BC Interior are producing strong to gale force
inflow winds through Juan de Fuca and strong to gale force
northwesterly winds through Johnstone Strait again this evening.
Winds are forecast to ease overnight.
