Wind backing to southwest 10 to 20 near midnight then to southeast 10 to 20 Tuesday morning. Wind increasing to southwest 20 to 30 Tuesday afternoon and to west 30 to 40 Tuesday evening.
Rain changing to scattered showers near noon then to rain near noon Tuesday. Visibility as low as 1 mile in rain.

By 4:00 p.m. PST today departing cold front located over Juan de
Fuca Strait.
At 4:00 p.m. PST today trough located west of Bowie.
By 4:00 a.m. PST Tuesday departing trough located over the North
Coast.
At 10:00 a.m. PST Tuesday deepening low 988 mb located over
southern Bowie.
By 4:00 p.m. PST Tuesday low 979 mb located over Haida Gwaii.
Marine Weather Statement
Issued 10:17 AM PST 15 December 2025 A cold front will slide southeastward across the southern waterstoday and then move inland this evening. Southerly gales are expected
ahead of the front, while strong to gale force westerly winds will
develop in its wake.
Another trough will cross northern waters tonight bringing gale to
storm force southwesterlies.
The active weather pattern continues on Tuesday with a broad low
producing southerly to westerly gales across most marine regions.
