Issued 9:30 PM PST 26 January 2020 Tonight and Monday At 9:30 p.m. PST tonight departing low located north of Haida Gwaii.

At 10:30 a.m. PST Monday frontal system located southeast of
Explorer.
By 9:30 p.m. PST Monday frontal system located on a line
northwest-southeast over Cape Scott.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:17 PM PST 26 January 2020 A low pressure centre just north of Haida Gwaii will move into
The Alaskan Panhandle this evening. Strong to gale force westerly
winds over extreme northern waters will ease after midnight as the
system moves inland.

The next frontal system will approach Explorer from the southeast on
Monday. Widespread gale force southeasterlies are expected ahead of
the front Monday afternoon and evening. Gale to storm force
southeasterlies will occur near the West Vancouver Island headlands
late afternoon and evening.
