north-south over Cape Scott.

At 10:30 a.m. PDT today quasi-stationary low located off Explorer.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 10:15 AM PDT 29 July 2021 A ridge of high pressure west of Vancouver Island and strong day-time
heating over the BC Interior will drive strong to gale force inflow
winds through Juan de Fuca and strong to gale force northwesterly
winds through Johnstone Strait again this evening and Friday evening.

Winds are forecast to ease overnight.
