Issued 4:00 AM PDT 1 May 2025 Today Tonight and Friday At 4:00 a.m. PDT today ridge located on a line north-south over
Vancouver Island.
By 9:30 p.m. PDT tonight weakening ridge located on a line
north-south over Vancouver Island.

At 4:00 a.m. PDT today frontal system located over Bowie.
By 10:30 a.m. PDT Friday departing frontal system located on a
line north-south over the Central Coast.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:34 AM PDT 1 May 2025 A frontal system over Bowie will slowly track eastwards across
Haida Gwaii tonight and onto the mainland coast Friday morning.

Ahead of the front, gale force southeasterlies over Bowie and
northern waters will spread to central waters this morning. Winds
will gradually ease this evening and then shift to moderate to
Strong southwesterly in its wake overnight and Friday morning.
