Wind light increasing to south 5 to 15 knots early this afternoon then backing to southeast 15 to 20 after midnight. Wind increasing to southeast 20 to 25 late overnight and to southeast 25 to 35 Tuesday morning. Wind increasing to southeast 35 to 45 Tuesday afternoon and to southeast 45 to 55 Tuesday evening.
Showers ending this afternoon. Showers Tuesday morning and afternoon changing to rain.

By 5:00 p.m. PDT Tuesday intensifying frontal system located west
of Haida Gwaii.
Marine Weather StatementIssued 10:24 AM PDT 21 September 2020 A Pacific frontal system will approach Bowie later today and Haida
Gwaii on Tuesday. Ahead of the system, winds will rise to gale force
southeasterly over Bowie this evening and over the northern waters
Tuesday morning and the central waters Tuesday afternoon.
As the system approaches Haida Gwaii and intensifies, winds will rise
to storm force southeasterlies over most northern and central waters
late Tuesday. Winds will ease to moderate to strong southerly over
Bowie Tuesday evening in the wake of the system.
