Wind increasing to southerly 35 to 45 late this afternoon then veering to westerly 35 to 45 early this evening. Wind diminishing to westerly 25 to 35 late this evening then becoming westerly 25 Wednesday morning. Wind backing to southerly 25 near noon Wednesday then increasing to southwest 25 to 35 Wednesday evening.

Bowie.
By midnight PST tonight departing low 978 mb located over northern
Hecate Strait.

At 4:00 a.m. PST Wednesday low located over the Gulf of Alaska.
By midnight PST Wednesday low located over northern Bowie.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:46 AM PST 16 December 2025 A low pressure system will track through Bowie into North Coast today
then move inland across the b.C interior overnight. Gale to storm
force southerly to westerly winds are expected across most marine
regions.

In the wake of this system, an unstable airmass will be in place
across the region. Strong to gale force westerly winds will persist
through Wednesday.
