Issued 3:30 AM PDT 17 September 2024 A trough will weaken as it track southwards across Vancouver Islandtoday. Ahead of the trough, moderate to strong westerlies will shift
to strong to gale force northwesterlies in its wake this morning.
Winds will gradually ease late in the day today.
