Issued 4:00 PM PST 10 December 2024 Tonight and Wednesday At 4:00 p.m. PST today quasi-stationary ridge located over BC
interior.

At 4:00 p.m. PST today frontal system located on a line north-south
over Bowie.
By 9:30 p.m. PST tonight weakening frontal system located on a
line north-south over Bowie.

At 9:30 p.m. PST tonight trough located west of Bowie.
By 4:00 p.m. PST Wednesday trough located on a line
northwest-southeast over western Queen Charlotte Sound.

At 4:30 p.m. PST Wednesday low located south of Explorer.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:46 PM PST 10 December 2024 A frontal system will remain over Bowie before weakening tonight.
Ahead of the front, strong to gale force southeasterlies over
offshore and northern waters will spread to central waters and
southern waters overnight. Gale force southeasterlies will persist
until late Wednesday evening.

Strong to gale force southeasterlies will continue tonight through
Wednesday across most outer waters as another frontal system tracks
across the offshore waters on Wednesday. In its wake, winds will
shift to strong to westerly gales over the offshore waters midday
Wednesday.
