offshore waters.

Issued 3:26 PM PDT 31 October 2024 A low pressure system over Explorer will slowly track towardVancouver Island tonight and reach the west entrance of Juan de Fuca
strait by Friday afternoon.
Southeasterly strong to gale force winds ahead of the system will
persist over the central and southern waters tonight. These winds
will gradually ease overnight into Friday morning as the low weakens.
