Issued 4:00 AM PST 6 March 2026 Today Tonight and Saturday At 4:00 a.m. PST today frontal system located on a line
northwest-southeast over the western offshore waters.
By 4:00 p.m. PST today departing frontal system located on a line
northwest-southeast over the Mainland Coast.

At 9:30 p.m. PST tonight frontal system located west of the
offshore waters.
By 4:00 p.m. PST Saturday frontal system located from the Central
Coast to Explorer.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:33 AM PST 6 March 2026 An approaching frontal system will track across Haida Gwaii this
morning and onto the mainland coast in the afternoon. Strong to gale
force southwesterlies over the offshore waters will spread to
northern and central waters this morning. Winds will gradually ease
to moderate to strong southwest this evening.

Another frontal system will track across Haida Gwaii and move onshore
Saturday. Ahead of the front, strong to gale force westerlies will
redevelop over the offshore waters overnight and then spread to
central and northern waters Saturday morning as another frontal
system.
