Issued 9:30 PM PST 11 February 2026 Tonight and Thursday At 9:30 p.m. PST tonight cold front located from the North Coastto Cape Scott then to Explorer.
By 4:00 a.m. PST Thursday weakening cold front located over the
Central Coast extending southwestward.
At 9:30 p.m. PST tonight intensifying low 978 mb located west
of Bowie.
By 10:30 a.m. PST Thursday departing low 981 mb located north
of Bowie.
Marine Weather Statement
Issued 9:10 PM PST 11 February 2026 A cold front over the North Coast will track inland tonight with itsremnants sliding southward and weakening over Northern Vancouver
Island Thursday morning. In its wake, gale force southerly winds will
continue tonight over northern and central coastal waters before
easing Thursday morning.
A low pressure centre low off Bowie will track northwestward and onto
the Alaskan Panhandle on Thursday. Ahead of the low, gale to storm
force southerlies over the offshore waters will shift to gale to
storm force westerly in its wake tonight through Thursday morning.
