Issued 9:30 PM PST 7 December 2025 Tonight and Monday At 7:00 a.m. PST Monday low 976 mb located west of Bowie.
By 7:00 p.m. PST Monday departing low 982 mb located over the
southern Alaska panhandle.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:09 PM PST 7 December 2025 Remnants of a trough over the northern and central waters will
continue to give southwesterly gales tonight.

A frontal system moving through on Monday will bring storm force
westerlies across Bowie and the northern waters. Hurricane force
gusts are possible with this system, especially over Bowie and west
coast Haida Gwaii northern sections. Southwesterly gales will develop
across Explorer and the southern waters on Monday with this frontal
system, spreading into Juan de Fuca Strait late Monday. Over the
Strait of Georgia southeasterly gales are expected Monday afternoon.
