northeast-southwest over the northern North Coast.
Marine Weather Statement
Issued 3:58 PM PDT 12 July 2025 A frontal system is over Haida Gwaii and marginal southerly galeshave developed through Northern Hecate Strait and Dixon Entrance
East. The gales will dissipate this evening.
A ridge of high pressure will strengthen again on Sunday, generating
northwesterly gales over West Vancouver Island and westerly gales
over Central and Eastern Juan de Fuca Strait in the afternoon.
