By 4:00 p.m. PST Wednesday departing cold front located over the
South Coast.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:19 PM PST 27 February 2024 In the wake of a front, strong to gale force westerlies west of Haida
Gwaii will ease overnight.

A cold front will track southwards across Vancouver Island on
Wednesday. Ahead of the front, southwest gales will develop over
Southern Explorer and west coast Vancouver Island - south tonight
And then shift to strong westerlies in its wake on Wednesday.
