north-south over Vancouver.

At 10:30 a.m. PST today low 978 mb located west of Haida Gwaii.
By 9:30 p.m. PST tonight low 987 mb located southeast of Cape
St. James.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 10:31 AM PST 13 November 2024 A low pressure system over Haida Gwaii will gradually move eastwards
today and make landfall over the North Coast late this evening.

Gale force northwesterly winds will develop behind the low over the
north and the central waters today then ease to strong northwest on
Thursday.
