Wind backing to southeast 20 early Wednesday morning then increasing to southeast 30 to 40 late Wednesday morning. Wind increasing to southeast 40 to 50 early Wednesday afternoon then veering to south 45 to 55 early Wednesday evening.
Scattered showers this evening. Rain Wednesday.

By 4:00 p.m. PST Wednesday deepening frontal system located west
of Haida Gwaii.

Issued 9:20 PM PST 7 February 2023 A Pacific front will approach the coast on Wednesday morning. Thefront will bring widespread gale to storm force southeasterlies to
offshore waters on Wednesday morning and then to all northern and
central waters by Wednesday afternoon and Wednesday evening.
Hurricane force southeasterlies will develop over Northern Vancouver
Island late Wednesday evening.
