north-south over Vancouver Island.

At 10:30 a.m. PDT today frontal system located on a line north-south
over northwestern Bowie.
By 4:00 p.m. PDT Thursday frontal system located on a line
north-south over Haida Gwaii.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 10:21 AM PDT 30 April 2025 A frontal system will move into northern waters today and is forecast
to reach Haida Gwaii Thursday afternoon then weaken overnight.

Southeasterly gale force winds will develop this afternoon over
northern waters in advance of the frontal system. These winds are
forecast to persist into Thursday evening.
