Issued 9:30 PM PST 13 December 2025 Tonight and Sunday At 9:30 p.m. PST tonight trough located west of Explorer.By 7:00 a.m. PST Sunday departing trough located over Hecate Strait.
At 7:00 a.m. PST Sunday frontal system located west of Bowie.
By 4:00 p.m. PST Sunday intensifying frontal system located from
Haida Gwaii to Explorer.

Issued 9:17 PM PST 13 December 2025 A trough will cross Southern Bowie and Northern Explorer tonight,reaching Hecate Strait early Sunday morning. Gale to storm force
southwesterlies are expected to develop over the offshore
Waters this evening, and then spread across the central and northern
waters overnight.
Another intensifying frontal system will move over Bowie Sunday
morning and reach Haida Gwaii by afternoon. Ahead of the systerm,
gale to storm force southeasterly winds are expected, while gale to
storm force southwesterly winds will develop in its wake.
