north-south over Vancouver Island.

At 9:30 p.m. PDT tonight frontal system located over western Bowie.
By 9:30 p.m. PDT Sunday frontal system located from Hecate Strait
to Explorer.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:16 PM PDT 6 June 2026 A frontal system moving in on Sunday will generate southerly gales
Sunday afternoon over northern and central waters. These southerly
gales will diminish Monday morning as the frontal system moves
Onto the mainland coast and dissipates.
