Issued 4:00 PM PST 7 December 2025 Tonight and Monday At 7:00 a.m. PST Monday low 976 mb located west of Bowie.
By 7:00 p.m. PST Monday departing low 982 mb located northeast of
Haida Gwaii.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:54 PM PST 7 December 2025 Remnants of a trough remain over the northern waters this evening.
Winds across the northern and central waters have risen to
Southwest gale force, with localized southwest storm force winds
expected over parts of Bowie. These southwesterly gales will persist
through tonight.

A frontal system moving through on Monday will bring storm force
westerlies across Bowie and the northern waters. Hurricane force
gusts are possible with this system, especially over Bowie and West
Haida Gwaii northern sectons. Southwesterly gales will develop
Across Explorer and southern waters on Monday with this frontal
system, spreading into Juan de Fuca late Monday.
