Issued 10:18 AM PDT 17 September 2024 A building ridge over the offshore waters will strengthen as a troughexits and tracks southwards towards Vancouver Island today.
Strong to gale force northwesterlies will strengthen with the
building ridge this morning and persist into the early evening and
ease later tonight.
