By 4:00 p.m. PST Sunday departing ridge located on a line east-west
over southeastern Explorer.

At 9:30 p.m. PST Sunday deepening trough located over the North
Coast.

Bowie late Sunday afternoon. These gale force winds will spread to
the central waters Sunday evening.
