Explorer.
By 4:00 p.m. PDT Friday ridge located on a line northeast-southwest
over central Vancouver Island.

At 9:30 p.m. PDT tonight frontal system located off Bowie.
By 4:00 p.m. PDT Friday frontal system located on a line
northeast-southwest over Haida Gwaii.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:34 AM PDT 30 May 2024 An approaching frontal system will track across the offshore waters
on Friday and onto the North Coast Friday evening. Ahead of the
front, southeast gales will develop over Northern Bowie this evening
and spread to northern waters early Friday morning. In its wake,
winds will shift to moderate to strong westerly on Friday.
