over southeastern Explorer.

At 10:30 a.m. PST Sunday deepening trough located from the North
Coast to Bowie.
By 9:30 p.m. PST Sunday trough located over Explorer.

Issued 9:15 PM PST 14 February 2026 Gale force northwesterlies will develop across northern waters late
Sunday afternoon. These gale force winds will spread to the central
