Tonight..Periods of snow ending this evening then mainly cloudy with
 30 percent chance of flurries. Risk of freezing drizzle late this
 evening and overnight. Fog patches developing this evening. Wind
 southeast 20 km/h. Low minus 2.
Monday..Cloudy. 30 percent chance of flurries in the morning with
 risk of freezing drizzle. Fog patches dissipating near noon. Wind
 southeast 20 km/h becoming southwest 20 near noon. High zero. UV
 index 1 or low.
Monday night..Cloudy. Periods of snow beginning overnight. Wind
 becoming north 20 km/h near midnight. Low minus 2.
