 beginning overnight. Fog patches developing this evening. Wind
 southeast 30 km/h gusting to 50. Low 9.
Tuesday..Showers with risk of a thundershower. Amount 5 to 10 mm. Fog
 patches dissipating in the morning. Wind southeast 40 km/h gusting
 to 60 diminishing to 20 gusting to 40 in the afternoon. High 12. UV
 index 3 or moderate.
Tuesday night..Showers ending in the evening then mainly cloudy with
 30 percent chance of showers. Fog patches developing in the evening.
 Wind southeast 20 km/h gusting to 40 becoming light in the evening.
 Wind becoming northwest 20 near midnight. Low 8.
