Saturday..Periods of snow. Amount 2 cm. Wind west 30 km/h gusting to
 50. Temperature steady near zero. Wind chill minus 9 in the
 afternoon. UV index 1 or low.
Saturday night..Periods of snow ending in the evening then cloudy.
 Flurries beginning overnight. Local blowing snow overnight. Wind
 west 30 km/h gusting to 60. Low minus 14. Wind chill minus 9 in the
 evening and minus 21 overnight.
