Late this afternoon and this evening, conditions will be favourable for the development of severe thunderstorms capable of producing strong wind gusts and heavy rain. Hail of 1 to 2 centimetres is also possible. Nautical activities may be hazardous due to sudden, severe wind gusts over bodies of water. Local utility outages are possible. When thunder roars, go indoors! Lightning kills and injures Canadians every year. Don't drive through flooded roadways. Severe thunderstorm watches are issued when conditions are favourable for the development of thunderstorms capable of producing damaging hail, wind or rain.   - Use the ↑ Up key to select the link above. If none are selected, it will select the first link.
