Tonight..Wind northeast 40 km/h gusting to 60. Partly cloudy.
 Becoming cloudy near midnight with 60 percent chance of snow
 overnight. Low minus 9. Wind chill minus 11 this evening and
 minus 19 overnight.
Wednesday..Wind northeast 40 km/h gusting to 60 diminishing to 20
 gusting to 40 near noon. Snow at times heavy. Amount 10 cm. Blowing
