over the southwestern Grand Banks.
At 3:00 a.m. NDT today ridge located from Labrador to Funk Island
Bank.
By 3:00 a.m. NDT Saturday ridge located from the Northeast Coast
of Newfoundland to Banquereau.

Issued 2:38 AM NDT 31 March 2023 A low pressure system will pass southeast of the Grand Banks latertoday and tonight. Strong to gale force northeasterlies will develop
over southeastern waters as the low approaches. Winds will back to
strong to gale force northwesterlies as the low departs the district
Saturday morning.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Northern Grand Banks - eastern half and Southeastern Grand Banks.
