Issued 10:00 AM NST 9 December 2019 Today Tonight and Tuesday At 10:00 a.m. NST today ridge located on a line northeast-southwest
over the eastern Marine District.
By 8:00 p.m. NST tonight departing ridge located east of the
Grand Banks.

At 10:00 a.m. NST today trough located over central Labrador.
By 3:30 p.m. NST today dissipating trough located over southeastern
Labrador.

At 8:00 p.m. NST tonight approaching trough located on a line
east-west over Quebec.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:50 AM NST 9 December 2019 A trough of low pressure over Western Labrador will approach the
district this morning before dissipating over Southeastern Labrador
this afternoon. Strong to gale force southwesterlies are expected
over most waters ahead of the approaching trough.

A second trough of low pressure will approach from the west and move
over Gulf waters early Tuesday. Gale force south to southwesterlies
will develop south of the trough.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters.
